I was at WalMart yesterday and noticed a section of the women's clothing with a seriously cute new line. I think the brand is Bella Bird. It is DownEastesque, only a little cheaper of a price.
$16 Ruffle Shirt
$19 Lace Skirt
$22 Dresses

I love the lacy skirt. I have a black and a gray one I bought in China, but they are of POOR quality lol... You get what you pay for :)
